Hi, friends!
I surely miss you guys!
I should have the internet hooked up at our new house today, so I am super excited. I miss my online buddies. :)
But I have thoroughly enjoyed all the guest posts that my sweet blog friends have created for me during my move!
Kristin from My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia is my guest today!
I have loved her blog since the first day I found it. She’s a mom of boys like me! And her style is beautiful. She has so much “eye candy” on her blog. If you have never been there before, you need to head over there after reading this post and follow her. I know you will be glad you did.
Thank you so much, Kristin, for coming to my blog today!
Bless you!

I felt so honored when Traci asked me to help her while she is trying to find her way out from all the boxes. Although I have never met Traci in person I hope to someday have the privilege to do so. She is just one of those girls with a great big heart!
Over the weekend I picked up a beautiful old window at a garage sale. My mind was swarming with ideas on how to incorporate this beauty into our home. As I sat looking at it, I quickly realized something;
Sometimes, the simplest solution is the best one.
I blew off the dust and simply hung it up. The piece was so charming all it needed was a loving home.
I can’t wait to get my hands on more, the possibilities are endless!
I think these pictures say it all!

I hope to be lucky enough to stumble on more soon!
Thank you Traci for having me today!
XOXO

Now go on over and tell her “hello!”

Beautiful as always Kristin! I love the simplicity of yours…it is stunning all on it’s own. I have three hanging in our playroom with family pics from vacations. I have another two outside on the patio with big pics of the kids blown up. I have a few more that need some homes!
Love it! Sometimes simple is best :)
I adore Kristin and her blog! The window is perfect just like that. How beautiful it is with the lovely settee sitting below it and her gorgeous handmade pillows.

I LOVE vintage windows! I looked and looked for one to hang in our living room and when I couldn’t find one, I had my husband make one! Okay, it’s not vintage, but it has that same feel. I love it and get so many compliments on it!
