Happy Weekend, friends!
We are expecting a little snow tomorrow, and my boys are so excited. It’s not as much as they originally forecasted, but I’m totally down with that.
This girl has Spring Fever!
I had the wonderful opportunity of looking through some more of your amazing DIY projects from the month of January.
I wanted to make sure that I took the time to highlight some more projects so everyone can enjoy your brilliancy!
Here they are!
I love this bright and cheerful new front porch reveal from Becky from Organizing Made Fun!
That door says, “Welcome!” and “Happy!” to me. ![]()
Crystal from A Pumpkin and A Princess did a beautiful job on this stenciled wall treatment in her bathroom.
Maryann from Domestically Speaking added some “bling” for a buck to her nightstand, and it turned out beautifully!
Here is another fabulous nightstand makeover from Tracy at Soul Style. I love the mirrored top!
Samantha from Tuffet Whimsy made the cutest Fire House playroom I have ever seen!
The picture doesn’t do it justice. You need to click on the picture and see it for yourself. There is a firehouse kitchen around the corner and everything. Eli would love this!!
Here is another great room for a boy…a sweet baby boy!
Amy, from Positively Splendid, did a wonderful job creating a bright, colorful nursery for her baby boy! Click on the picture to visit her posts and see all of her inspiring pictures of this amazing space!
Anne, from Design Dreams by Anne, added a touch of French charm to these Ikea nesting tables. Click on the picture to see how she did it.
I absolutely love this next project! Angie, from Seriously a Homemaker, made this adorable headboard with a built in light. This is something I am going to keep in mind when creating my boys’ rooms in the addition.
The yellow light “makes” it!
I am in love with this real driftwood sailboat that Mary, from Lavender and Linen, made.
Didn’t she do an amazing job?! You can see more that she has made by clicking on the picture.
And I love the way this Board and Batten treatment at Our Thrifty Nest of 7 changed the entire look and feel of this living room. Check on the picture to see the difference it made.
Way to go, Y’all! I love all of your projects. I am hoping to feature a few more highlights before the month is over.
I hope to see you at our next “Best DIY Projects of February” linky party on February 28th.
And now for the winner of the

Becky,
How do you get out of your front door? Do you just jump? I don’t see steps!

If you click over to the link, you’ll see the whole thing with the steps.

Thank you so much for featuring my little sailboat. I was so excited when I saw it featured this morning. I hope you have a great week!
Thanks for featuring my nightstands Traci!
Awww, thanks so much, Traci! Anytime Eli wants to come play firemen with Wilson, you know where to find us – under the stairs :)
Oh my lands, I will now join the happy bloggers in this comment stream to thank you for featuring my Barn Wood Head Board! Yay! I am so glad you liked it and so grateful that you took the time to tell people! You are a total DOLL!!! (Am the only one who is a space case and doesn’t realize when people feature my stuff until I am mindlessly scrolling through their blog post and then am suddenly punched in the heart (in a good way) when I see my own image on a big blogger’s page (with accompanying name and blog link!?) WHAT THE WHAT!? How fun. Thanks, Traci! -Angie
These are great. I have a few ideas on some projects I want to do to my house. Thanks for posting.
Ahhh, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for featuring our board and batten project!! :) So excited!
Since the post we’ve transformed the columns with crown molding, and white semi-gloss paint. Plus I did a whole post on the new gallery wall.
Blessings,
Kris, Our Thrifty Nest of 7
