Well, the end of March is quickly approaching!
I just wanted to remind you that my monthly linky party
will go live this Friday night, March 30th.
I would love to see your BEST DIY project of March.
I hope to see you there!
So I continued looking through the great DIY projects linked up to last month’s party, and I wanted to share some more with you.
There are some projects that you just HAVE to feature, even though you have seen it featured on other blogs. It’s just. that. good.
Jessica, from Four Generations, One Roof, did an amazing makeover on her living room space.
She collaborated on this makeover with the fabulous, Rhoda, from Southern Hospitality. Just click on the picture to view this amazing transformation from start to finish.
Rachel, from The Olde Farmhouse on Windmill Hill, did a beautiful job re-doing this roll top desk. I love the little wooden stool she used to accompany the desk too!
Jo at To a Pretty Life shows you how she made the adorable spice jar labels. I would LOVE to be this organized some day! ![]()
My sweet (in real life) blog friend, Susan from Living Rich on Less, linked up her beautiful neutral living room last month. I want to encourage you to click on the picture and look at all of the beautiful pictures of this space. It is so soothing and peaceful. (I need a space like this!) ![]()

Kate, from Outnumbered, created this great storage space for her sons’ toys. I am hoping to create something similar in Adam and Eli’s new room.
She built this storage unit herself! Way to go Kate! (Also the only female in her household. I feel ya, girl!)
Click on the picture to see what a difference this storage made in her sons’ playroom.
And I have to share this great mudroom makeover from Lori at Family, Love, Home. She did a board and batten treatment on the wall, and I think it is just perfect.
Thanks to everyone who linked up last month!
I’ll see ya this Friday night for our next monthly party!

I was scrolling down the page looking at the highlights and did a little gasp! : ) Thanks for featuring my desk – I like it too. ;) I’ll be coming to the party this month too. Thanks for hosting!
The other features are great, too! I think my favorite is your friend Susan’s living room.
Thank you for your sweet words about our family room :) I love the mudroom makeover! I wish I had a mudroom. I see so many beautiful mudroom spaces. I need to figure out how to get one, Thank you again for featuring us. Have a great day.
Thanks so much for including me in your highlights, Traci. You are too sweet. I must confess, though, that my living room is currently filled with dog toys, three loads of laundry, a dead plant and a few foil wrappers from some chocolate eggs. How’s that for “soothing and peaceful”? Oh and I just discovered (another) stain on one of my couch cushions:)
You are super in my book. Thanks for the post and so many ideas.
Traci, thank you so much for featuring my mudroom! It is such a thrill and honor to be recognized by such a talented blogger :-) (I’m still in shock!)
Thanks for all the awesome features! I will be back to link up tonight :)
blessing,
karianne
As an avid follower of To A Pretty Life, I was so happy to see Jo’s spice jars – she is one talented lady. I’ll be back tonight to show off my guest bathroom.
I am a subscriber to your blog and enjoy it every time it comes into my inbox. I have already started doing my first DIY project for our guest room (headboard) and once it is done, I will share with you the results. I do have a question for you though. I have just had a house built and moved in last July and I have yet to decorate my master bathroom. I obviously do not need any updates and I have already painted it but I obviously need help with the decorating it part. I was wondering if I could email you some pics and get some suggestions?
