Good morning!

I’m Cyndi, Traci’s sister~~the one who did the crazy video of my first visit to the Habitat Restore. Traci and I had way too much fun doing that together!

I blog at Walking in Grace and Beauty and I share tips on fashion, make-up, and beauty, as well as reminders that true beauty begins on the inside with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Well, most of you know my sister loves DIY and she’s great at it. Because she always has some project going on she’s usually in a t-shirt and yoga pants. But don’t let her fool you, when she’s not DIYing she loves to wear cute and trendy clothes. Here’s a picture I took of her this week in a long pleated skirt…..adorable!

uk2Traci, like lots of busy Moms, doesn’t have a lot of time to spend on shopping and looking at the latest fashion trends. That’s where I come in, I love to share fashion and beauty tips for busy Moms who want to look fashionable on a budget.

This spring/summer is all about color and I love it!!

Here are some easy and inexpensive ways I’ve added color this spring~~

Colored jeans are everywhere! I bought these at TJ Maxx and I paired them with my chambray shirt I got at Old Navy.

An easy way to add color is shopping for colorful tops. I purchased this one at TJ Maxx and I added a turquoise bracelet because color blocking is so popular. Accessories can definitely add color to your spring/summer wardrobe. I purchased this coral Nine West purse at TJ Maxx (yes, I love TJ Maxx!). Lastly, shoes can add color! I haven’t gotten any colorful shoes yet, but I will be adding them to my wardrobe soon. Here are some colorful shoes that I love~~

So what do you think? Are you trying to add color to your spring/summer wardrobe?

Beauty For the Heart~~As much as I love fashion and I love blogging about it, there’s something that is much more important and that’s my inner beauty. How can I have inner beauty? By having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

My favorite verse is Philippians 3:10 (AMP), [For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death.

Let’s be determined to know Him more so that our inner beauty shines!

Thanks for all the helpful tips, sis!
