My New Master Closet Design
Hey Friends!
I hope you are having a great week so far!
Last week, I shared with you how I am getting a new master closet makeover with EasyClosets.
Well, I wanted to show you what my new closet will look like.
I emailed the dimensions of my closet to the designer, Scott, at EasyClosets using some grid paper that I printed off my computer.
Then he sent me a proposal for what my closet could look like.
On the left, you can see the overhead view, and on the right are the front views of the different pieces.
I had originally thought about doing window seats under the windows, but decided not to. The corner between the two windows will have a dressing table there for me to use to fix my hair and makeup. I’m not sure if I am going to buy a dressing table or build one, so I’m going to leave that space empty for now.
The cool thing is that they have a tool that allows you to see your closet in 3D.
You can move your cursor around to view your design from all different angles! It really helped me to visualize the whole space.
You can also view each wall unit individually, and modify the design with any changes you would like to make.
It was super easy for me to take out the window seats from my plan and update my design.
I also asked to have the slanted shoe racks instead of the straight ones. I think it is easier to see your shoes with the slanted racks. I am SUPER excited about my shoe racks. I have never had them before.
I contacted Scott to let him know that I loved my closet design, and he put the order in. I received my boxes two days later! Not kidding!
Now it is time to unpack all of these boxes and get to building my new master closet!
Can’t wait!!

what a fabulous design!
yes i’d be thrilled over the shoe racks also!!
Can’t wait to see the finished product. How is Jonathan doing? I hope is doing better and I loved him at the contest and will excited for the next one.
This is great, I have never heard of this company! Let us know how the assembly process goes… Hopefully it’s as easy as the design/ordering!
My husband & I used easy closets to re design the closets in our kids rooms a few years ago! They are durable and still look great! I have rav reviews for this company :)
What a beautiful closet! How exciting. You’ll never want to move away from this home! When you’re done….. It will be perfect!
Good to know! All the houses we have been looking at have amazing closets, but are builder grade standard bar with wire shelves..(ick) But this is good to know there is another option out there besides IKEA and The Container Store. and the option to visualize it. The funny part is the master closets at the new houses are bigger than ALL the closet spaces put together in our current house. lol *sigh* we are going on the market in less than a month… EEEEEK!!!!!
Traci, I’m so excited for you as you are getting your new closet installed and arranged. I’m also very happy that you have four young, strong sons who could help carry in all those boxes. You always do a wonderful job with pics, videos and/or drawings showing your fans how a project went together. Can’t wait to see how this goes, and to hear Cy’s comments on the quality and installation instructions. Best wishes.
How exciting! I love organization. Can’t wait to see the closet reveal.
I forgot to ask where are you putting the piano?
All of us just have to know what you guys did?!!!
Extremely well designed! I’m not sure if it can get more organized than this.
yeah shay it is correct. it is fully designed custom closet which can helps to organize the things in proper manner.
