Putting up our New Christmas Tree! (And why I am in Boston!)

You guys!!!!

I am in the beautiful city of Boston, Massachusetts this morning!!!  And you know what?  I’m gonna be here for two weeks!!! Say wha?

Yep.  Two weeks, and I am so excited about it!

I have the honor of working with Wayfair on their #AVeryWayfairHoliday  and will be doing nightly Facebook Lives at 6:00 pm EST.  They are going to be doing some AMAZING giveaways, and there is even a $10,000 Makeover up for grabs! (I wish I could enter that one! ha!)

I will also be creating several content videos for them next week!

So although it is not the best time of year to be away from my family, I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with Wayfair.  AND Cy will be coming up this weekend to attend the Wayfair Christmas Party with me Friday night, and spend the rest of the weekend hanging out in Boston with me.

Cy’s parents are coming up from Georgia to help out while I’m gone, and my kiddos are ECSTATIC about spending this time with them.

Okay, now to my post!

Last week, Jonathan helped me film me putting up our new Christmas tree from Wayfair.  Y’all, I cannot tell you how much I love this tree!  It is the first time I have had a flocked Christmas tree, and this one did. not. disappoint.

Here is a quick video of how we put it together!

And if you missed my full Christmas Home Tour, you can see it HERE.

Have a blessed day!

xoxo

  1. I hope you have a great time in Boston – it is a pretty city! I’ve never been this time of year, but I imagine it is something to see with Christmas decorations. The history of Boston makes it an even more interesting place IMO. Looking forward to the FB live sessions – hopefully I can make it home from work in time to see :).
Love your tree – I’ve often thought about having a flocked tree, but my OCD self cringes at the thought of daily vacuuming – LOL.

  2. The kids recaction is precious! I love my flocked tree.Have a wonderful time on your trip and Merry Christmas.

  3. The tree is gorgeous! And I love the video, especially the kid’s reactions.

  4. Your Christmas tree is a beautiful country winter wonderland! And isn’t Boston a great city? We had the opportunity to visit or the first time this past summer when we attended a wedding. We got the best tours from the “Ubaah Drivaahs!”

  5. Your photos are always incredible…. You are such an inspiration to us out here as we admire and try to conquer our homes to resemble the beauty and fabulousness that yours does!! Thank you for your time and efforts and blessing us with your gifts!
