Slip Cover Party

Have you ever thought about making a slipcover for a worn out piece of furniture?

Then you might want to check out a great little party at Pink and Polka Dot.

I linked up my wing back chair that I slipcovered with a drop cloth.

If you want to read my post on how I did it, click HERE.

And if you want to see other great posts about slipcovers, jump on over to Pink and Polka Dot!

As a side note….we will be working on our bedroom this weekend, and I will post an update on Monday, (and make a BIG announcement!)

No, I’m not pregnant! Sheesh!

Have a blessed weekend!

  1. Hi Traci! This is so wonderful and what a great job you did! I would like to cover a couple of winged backs I have, but I'm skeeeered!! :)
    You do everything well.
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia :)

  2. I so want to slipcover my couch, but that thought is sort of intimidating- maybe I'll try something smaller first. :-) Love your chair, and can't wait to see what you've done with your bedroom.

  3. Thank You for the link!!! I have been wanting to redo a wing back chair (that we got from the neighbors garbage) but am scared to start and ruin it!

  4. Hi Traci, wondered if you saw my question in my last comment about the color Erin's walls? I am hoping to start a decorating idea folder and would love to make a note of it for future reference.
    Thanks
    Denise

  5. That's a great slipcover! I fell in love with it when you originally posted in. I have a pair of chairs that I'm hoping to do a drop cloth slipcover for my mom in the near future. Thanks for the party link!
