Beneath My Heart

A Cute, Healthy Treat for Easter Baskets!

WELLNESS

21 Apr

This could be the shortest tutorial I have ever posted!

I saw this idea a couple of weeks ago at a linky party.

Isn’t that carrot adorable?!

I found this idea at The Moody Fashionista.

I decided to make some for my boys’ Easter Baskets.  (To counter-act the abundance of chocolate and jelly beans!) ;)

I used these materials:

Green Ribbon

Green Tissue Paper

12 inch Disposable Cake Decorating Bags

Whale Crackers

I just snipped the top off the bag to make it a little smaller, then I filled it with Whale Crackers.

Next I bunched a half sheet of green tissue paper in the top of the bag…

and tied a ribbon around it.

DONE!

Love it!

It’s kind of like a little present with the tissue paper and ribbon.

My boys are going to love unwrapping it, and eating the crackers.

That’s all, ya’ll!

Have a blessed day!

This is awesome! Great idea! Thanks for posting!

Was thinking it could be double cute by using “Annie’s” brand bunny crackers ;)

Thank you SO much for posting this! I don’t really give candy chocolate to my boys (ages 4 and 2)-(yes I’m “that” mom!)-and I have been at a total loss as to what to put in their Easter baskets. This is an adorable idea!

ADORABLE, Traci! Thanks for sharing that. I may have to steal it and make some for my nieces/nephew and friends’ kids.

Very Cute! Just to let you know, Target has little chick cheese crackers. I thinks those would be adorable in the piping bags too. Have a Blessed Easter!

Your article on raising Godly princes for Godly princesses was right on the mark! I even made a copy of it to share with the young moms in my Bible study group. Thank you to you and your husband for raising your boys to be Godly men. Would that all parents would strive to do that.
