Beneath My Heart

A Skirted Desk, A Magnet Board, A Chair Re-do, and an “Oops!”

DIY projects· Uncategorized

2 Aug

Hey friends!

I just wanted to take a second to tell you that some of my projects are floating around blogland.

Yesterday, I guest posted at Shanty2Chic while Whitney and Ashley are soaking up some rays on their summer vacation.  I know they are having a blast with their wonderful family!

I share how I made my new skirted office desk.

Click HERE to check out the tutorial.  :)

And today, I had the honor of guest posting for the “sweet as pumpkin pie” Jennifer, over at Tatertots and Jello.

I shared how I made a “back to school magnet board” that can be used in a kid’s room or and office.

Click HERE to see how to make it (and view it in my  new office space).

And lastly, you will find me over at Sarah’s today as well.  (Thrifty Decor Chick)

I had the privilege of visiting her a few weeks ago, and working on a chair re-do with her.  We had so much fun!! I will be posting some video of my trip sometime this week.

To see how we recovered her pleather chair, click HERE.

And my “OOPS!” of the week….

I totally forgot to post my “Best DIY Projects of July” linky party on Sunday!

Can you say, “Loser?!”

So, if you do not mind, I will post the linky party tomorrow, and I hope you will still come. :)

See you then!
