100% agree with Bobbi. Not everyone is into Facebook . “Liking” is nothing but shades of a high school popularity contest, which is stupid and immature. Furthermore, giveaways with strings attached aren’t “free” or fun.

So sorry you feel this way. We were so super excited to offer this giveaway to our readers! We have put hours of work in to these giveaways, and we certainly thought everyone would be thrilled at the chance to win one of these fabulous prizes.
It is definitely NOT a popularity contest. Facebook picked the word “like”, but for our blog facebook pages, “liking” us is simply another way to follow our DIY projects and get to know each other better. We thought this giveaway would be a great way to cross promote other bloggers and introduce our readers to other fabulous bloggers that they may not follow.
If someone doesn’t have a facebook page, we gave another way to enter the giveaway in the disclosure.
Again, so sorry you feel this way. I, on the other hand, am always very grateful for giveaways that are hosted by a blog. It takes a lot of time and effort to host a giveaway. If I don’t like the way I have to enter, I just don’t enter. If I do, then I enter the giveaway, and I am thankful for the chance. But I never make a judgement call on the person/people hosting the giveaway. I don’t have time for kind of “stupid and immature” behavior.
