Beneath My Heart

Favorite Pins Friday!

Trends & Inspiration· Uncategorized

10 Jan

The boys were only in school 3 days this week because of the cold weather, so I didn’t get as much done around the house as I had hoped.  I just got the Christmas decorations down today!  When I say “down,” I mean “sitting in a pile over in the corner,” not “packed neatly in boxes and sitting in storage.”

Oh well!

I’ll work on that this weekend. Smile

For now, here are my favorite pins from Pinterest this week!

{I’m beginning to make plans for the boys’ bathroom, so my pins may be a little “bathroom heavy.”}

Enjoy!

*whew*! glad to know I’m not the only one who hasn’t taken down the Christmas stuff yet! Partly because I’m lazy, but partly because, well, it’s pretty! I have a fake white tree and I did pink, blue, lime green and silver ornaments this year and I just love looking at it!! I still have some family with whom we haven’t exchanged gifts so I’m using that as my excuse – it’s still Christmas till all the gifts are done, right?! :)

That first bathroom is amazing! I love the tile and the rustic style of the vanity. Such a gorgeous mix!

Three day week here too – I need a regular week to get back in the swing of things!

Love the double sink wooden vanity under the window! Oh, and we finally got the Christmas stuff purged, boxed & in the basement last night. All in good time :)

Don’t feel bad Traci, our Christmas decorations have been sitting in the hallway for a week! And the decorations are still up outside too. The weather has been so freezing cold and wet here in NC that we can’t get outside to take everything to our storage barn or get on the house to take the lights down. Our backyard is like an ice skating rink. We’ll get it done, girl – no worries!

I love that you’re a twelve days of Xmas girl, too. I used to say the limit was the “Red” holidays which took me through Valentines’s day, but I’m trying to be better! It is so pretty to see them after work and really get to enjoy them. Can’t wait to see the bathroom.

How many sinks will you have since 4 boys will share? I am sure you will make it boy friendly. LOL We haven’t taken our tree down as it is in the living room and we spend most of our time in the family room. I guess out of sight out of mind. Next week you will get a chance to get back to your routine.
    God Bless

Hi, Shirley! We are going to put two sinks in the boys’ bathroom. 2 boys per sink. ;)
Hope you are having a great weekend!

If it makes you feel any better, Traci, my Christmas is only 50% down and 0% put away! Guess I know what I’ll be doing on this rainy Saturday! Great pins this week -xo Heidi
