Readers’ Christmas Home Tours – Day Six!
Friends, I pray that you had a wonderful Christmas!
I will be honest that it was a little difficult for me and Cy. There was a stocking on the fireplace that didn’t get filled, and presents for a little girl in her bedroom that didn’t get opened. It wasn’t the Christmas that we expected. And it hurt.
Thank you so much for your prayers for our family and our little girl. I can truly feel your love through the computer screen, and for that I will always be grateful.
We went to the Christmas Eve service at my sister’s church where her husband is the pastor, and it was so good to sing songs of rejoicing and be reminded of the true meaning of this season. Jesus heals the brokenhearted.
