This week, we finally start building our new front porch. We have changed the design of the porch from what we originally shared with you in an earlier episode, and I explain why in this week’s episode.

That cant’ be good; but I’ll be honest and say I have wondered about all the permits, etc. necessary for this kind of work. Anxious to see how this all unfolds.

I was wondering if you needed permits in Tennessee. In Illinois it has to be prominently displayed and and inspected periodically. Hopefully you can just go get a permit. Good luck. Cy makes it look easy. I know it is not.
