Jonathan’s New Music and Performance at The Listening Room!
How are you doing sweet friends?
I hope you had a good weekend. We were very busy working on my she shed/office and cleaning up around the house. I can’t wait to show you the progress we’ve made in my she shed!
Last week, I told you that I would share with you Jonathan’s performance at the Listening Room. It’s a very popular place for locals and tourists to go and hear song writers sing their music. I LOVE going to hear Jonathan sing, and I love to hear the other song writers as well!
( Sorry the photos aren’t that great. The room is mostly dark, and I always have trouble getting good pictures on my phone.) 
One of Jonathan’s best friends is Conner Smith (black hat on backwards.) He is a super talented Nashville native, and he has some new music out right now and is really blowing up fast! He hosts the writer’s rounds at the Listening Room and usually invites Jonathan and some of my other favorite song writers like Josh Kerr (black hat) and Parker Welling (beautiful lady.) Both Josh and Parker have written number one hits, and Jost even won a Grammy for “God Only Knows” by King and Country.

That night was one of the best writer’s rounds I have ever been to! The crowd loved it as much as I did, and it was so FUN! I love seeing Jonathan doing his thing!
Jonathan FINALLY has music coming out on July 16th with his publishing company Creative Nation. It’s called “YOUNG,” and will be the first release of his EP. He’s gotta a lot of great songs coming out that I think you guys are gonna loved, and I can’t wait for you to hear them ALL!
Also, my son Luke, is creating the music video for his first release, “Young,” and I can’t wait for y’all to see it. :)
Jonathan usually writes most of his songs with other song writers, but the one below is one he wrote by himself at his studio at our house. He had the melody and idea for a while, and finally put it together. It’s one of my fav and always one of the crowd’s fav!

That is sooooo wonderful he’s doing so well and I’m sure you are so happy you moved to Nashville to get to be near him and watch him grow into his career. How exciting to think someday he will be a big Country music star. :) I’m sure he loves that you go and support him.
