Happy Friday, friends!

Today is Fashion Friday here at Beneath My Heart!

I’ve done a few fashion posts over the years, but not many.  Really because I would rather take pictures of my house than me!  I am waaaaay too self-conscious!

My sister has a fashion blog and takes pictures of herself almost every single day, and I have no idea how she does it.  :)  I like to “hide” behind the camera.

But for a while now, my sister has been working with a small boutique in Illinois called Glamour Farms.    From afar, I have been super envious because I LOVE everything they have in their shop.  Their clothing products are just “so me.”

So when they asked me to work with them, I jumped at the chance.  One, because I know you will love their clothes too.  Two, because they are very affordable.  And three, because the people who own this boutique are preciousness with a capital “P!”

2016 is a brand new year, and I am going to step out of my comfort zone and do some fashion posts.  I think it will be kind of fun, don’t you?!

Since I am on the west coast with Jonathan, he was my photographer today.  :)  Jonathan LOVES taking pictures.  He said if he wasn’t a singer, he would love to produce stuff like movies and videos.

So here we go!….

This outfit is one of the most comfortable outfits I have ever worn!

The boots are mine, but the shirt, leggings, and jewelry are from Glamour Farms.

So let’s talk about these leggings….

They are called the Ahh-Mazing Basic Ankle Legging in Black.  I LOVE these leggings!

I have another item on that I love, but you cannot see in the pictures, and it’s called the Ahh-Mazing Tank Long Shaper in Black.  I love it so much I have worn it three days in a row!  #notkidding  I promise I will wash it tonight.  :)

The reason I like to wear this shaper is because it is comfortable, and it holds everything in (if you know what I mean.)  It just smooths everything out beneath my shirt.  #awesomesauce

I love my earrings, necklaces, and bracelets from Glamour Farms.  I am HORRIBLE at accessorizing an outfit, so I love that the sweet ladies there helped pick out my accessories for each outfit.  If you want help with picking out clothes or accessories, you can totally feel free to call them, and they will help you out!  That’s one of their favorite parts of their jobs.   Isn’t that awesome?!

Now I want to show you another top that I love, and it is called the Something So Right Tunic/Dress in Black.

I adore this top because it can be worn with jeans and leggings, or as a dress with boots like below.  (I’m using a picture from their website because I’m not about to show you my white paste-y legs, y’all!!)

I wore this top with Halle Skinny Jean in Dark Wash.  (FYI:  I am 5′ 8″ and a size 12.)  I like puffy heart love these skinny jeans, and the main reason why is because they don’t fall down my backside when I sit down!  The waist is good and snug and stays in place!

I also added the BB Plaid Scarf in Taupe.    This tunic and scarf also look great with brown boots!

To show you another way to wear this tunic/dress, I took off the scarf and added a necklace.  I also traded the booties for a pair of wedges to dress it up a little.  (I probably wouldn’t be wearing these wedges back in Kentucky, but here are the west coast, they are perfect!)

I don’t know about y’all, but I love tops that do not accentuate the bootie.  I love how room-y and flow-y this tunic is!

I’m am going to “try” and do fashion posts on Friday.  I love working with Glamour Farms, and I know you are going to love them too.  I hope you take a few minutes to browse around their beautiful online shop and check out their beautiful products.  They are always adding new items to their shop, and I love following them on instagram to catch any extra sales or specials they are offering.  You can follow them on Instagram HERE.

  1. You’re adorable!!! I’d much rather see someone having fun showing their super style than someone taking themselves and their pose too seriously! It’s boring when they do that! :)

  2. Love both of your outfits and I love Glamour Farms, too! What is the name of your striped top? I can’t find it on their website. Thanks!

  3. Love the ladies at Glamour Farms and their clothes are adorable. You look great and great job Jonathan!! Thx for sharing. Have fun in Cali!! ;-)

  6. Super cute outfits. I was disappointed that I could not find the black and white stripped tunic on their website though. I loved it on you at least.

  7. Jonathan did a great job capturing how cute you look! You looked great and so comfy in each outfit….definitely your look!

    1. I believe they are out of the shirt. I decided to put it in the post anyway so y’all could see what type of clothing they sell. They have a ton of cute tunics that I think you will like as well, and some are striped. :)

  8. You look great! We are all too hard on ourselves when we look at pictures. I follow your sister’s blog and ordered the Thankful sweatshirt she has. Love it! They have adorable clothes.

  9. Love glamour farms. Your sister got me hooked. I actually stopped at their store in Aug. On the way to visit my mom who lives about 90 minutes from there. Such a cute place. The owner actually called me a few days later to apologize for not being there. Your sister told them someone from Lex. was stopping by and the girls there told the owner. It was such a sweet conversation and the shop was fun. I’m quite a fan so thanks for doing this post! Your out fits are wonderful.

  10. You look great! Very photogenic. Thanks for introducing Glamour Farms. Good luck to Jonathan in whatever y’all are doing! Can’t wait to hear about it!

  11. Such a beauty! INSIDE AND OUT!!!! Thanks for introducing Glamour Farms. Love that they have pluz sizing!!!! ;)

  12. You are so adorable! Love the fashion post and these outfits. You look amazing! I enjoy shopping at Glamour Farm. They have really cute stuff. I’m learning to size down with some of there tops because they are so roomy and soooo comfortable.

  13. You and Cyndi both are just so cute. Since she’s the seasoned pro with those poses and all maybe you can hit her up for some tips :)

  14. You are so cute! I have followed Cyndi longer than you but enjoy your blogs equally. From Cyndi I learned of Glamour Farms and have purchased several things from them, LOVE. Can’t wait to see more of your fashion tips also.

  15. OMG, you are so cute! And great photography work too.
I just checked out the Glamour Farm website Adorable! So glad they also include us “curvy” girls.

  16. You said something about these fashions being for curvy girls but I’m not exactly sure what ‘curvy’ means anymore. Where I live (near Toronto) curvy means a ‘plus’ size but no one is supposed to say ‘plus’ anymore. Curvy is supposed to be less offensive. ☺ All your pictures make you look so slim I’ve thought I need to get back to being slim like Traci. Then you announce you’re 5’8″ and a size 12! Well, so am I but I feel chunky! Maybe I need to check out Glamour Farms, too!

Traci, you look fabulous in all these pictures and these are the same kinds of outfits I already wear, minus the great boots and shoes. I’ve had 6 weeks of 3 different hard casts and have now moved to 6 weeks of an air cast (yeah! a walking boot). That’s meant I’ve had to wear ugly training shoes on my one good foot so I could hop around with crutches. You’re killing me with your boots! I so want to get some cute boots like these to wear with my outfits. All in good time. One foot repair/rehab will be complete soon enough and then a break before I do #2.

Thanks for posting these amazing pictures. I really see God’s beauty shining through your face!

BTW, I saw a previous post about you being in CA with your son but could never find a post with the reason why. I’m sure we’ll find out more soon enough!

  17. You are so cute and the clothes are super cute too. Thanks for taking the time to share, I love your facebook Beneath My Heart. You have a great eye for design, in home decor and fashion.

  18. You look GORGEOUS in everything! I’ll never forget how you rocked that blue dress the first night of Haven last year! Thank you SO much for posting this! Looking forward to more!!

  19. I’m loving all what you’ve shown here! You look great 😊😊 I’m looking for that black tunic top! I have printed leggings 😊
