Beneath My Heart

Easy DIY Base Cabinet (for our laundry room)

DIY projects· HOME TOURS

8 Aug

Hey friends!

Happy Monday!  Today, I want to share with you a video of how we made the cabinets for our laundry room.

These cabinets are so much easier to build than you would think.  I was originally going to leave them open and use baskets in them, but I have since decided to add doors.  I’ll share that tutorial soon! :)

For now, here is our latest video installment in our video series.

Be sure to subscribe to my channel to get notifications each time we post a new video.

UPDATE:  We decided we wanted to DIY doors for our cabinets, so you can read about how to do it HERE.

Have a blessed day, friends!
xoxo

You are a life saver. We are going to try and build cabinets in our pantry. This is an awesome way to do it. I love the look of these. I am guessing the same for the wall cabinets too just make smaller. Oh thank you again. Love your blog and your wonderful family. Take care.

I am new to your site and I loved the cabinet video (but not the VERY loud music-wish you would turn down or eliminate it). Looking forward to the next how-to!

So neat. You guys are so talented with decorating and building things. Wow!!! You guys start school early on the East Coast. Its always the day after Labor Day here on the West Coast. :) But, they go until mid June too. I just graduated my last kid, of 3, from college a year ago, so no more buying school supplies for me for along time, but I was just in Target today and seeing all the supplies out, thinking about the many times we did that.
Just wait until you start buying college books. UGH!!! They are so expensive.

What a great counter-top idea and super easy too! I’m going to tuck that little info away for a possible future project. Thanks for sharing. Things are coming together super cute in your LR!
