Fireplace Makeover Ideas for our New Home

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend!

This week, I am trying to make a list of the next projects we need to tackle in our renovation now that we have the bulk of the hard /messy stuff done. 

One of the projects we need to tackle is our fireplace.  We are going to do some type of DIY on it, but I’m not sure yet.  So I have been searching on Pinterest for some ideas.  

I’ve noticed that I am drawn toward light and airy fireplaces.  Here are some of my favorites!

I LOVE concrete fireplaces and was leaning toward creating one, but since I decided to keep my gray laZboy sectional in that space, it may be too much gray.  Not sure.

The picture below just makes my heart happy.  That makes it the front runner. haha!  You always want to decorate in a way that makes you smile when you walk into a room.  :)
