This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Moen, Incorporated for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

After installing this beautiful Moen faucet in our guest bathroom, I am a HUGE fan of Moen products.

I have experience and enjoyed the outstanding quality of this faucet!

So I was very excited to get to try out another Moen product, the Kiran kitchen faucet.follow

    • Spot Resist™ stainless finish resists fingerprints and water spots
    • Reflex™ pull-down system retracts seamlessly and docks securely
    • 2-function wand: aerated stream and powerful cleaning rinse

    • Quick connect system for easy installation

Isn’t it beautiful?!

My brother and his wife just bought a new home that needs a little updating, especially in the kitchen.  So they hired my husband to do the job.

He installed this new faucet in their kitchen about a week ago.

He started by turning the hot and cold water valves off underneath the sink.  Then he disconnected the hot and cold water supply lines from the water valves.

Next, he used pliers to unscrew the nuts below the sink to detach the old faucet.

To install the new Kiran faucet, he simply used the tightening clamp provided in the Moen kit to attach the faucet body to the sink.  {Easy to follow instructions are provided in the box.}silhouette 025

He then reattached the water supply lines to the correct hot/cold water valves.

Lastly, he installed the soap dispenser.

It took him a total of about 15-20 minutes to complete the installation.

He turned the water back on, and it worked like a charm!

I absolutely love the beautiful high arch on this faucet.

And the pull down sprayer is such a great added feature.

My brother and sister-in-law LOVE their new faucet!

Our builder used Moen faucets in our home…love them. Love that pull down sprayer feature! I will have to keep that in mind if we ever change out our kitchen faucet. And of course that soap dispenser too.

Congratulation to your brother and his wife on the new home. And to Cy’s blooming new business!

These faucets are lovely. I especially like the one with the pull down sprayer.
I painted my oak cabinets black last year and I absolutely love them. Such a great way to update old fashioned cabinets. Sounds like a fun journey!
    Thanks for sharing.

We are working on renovating our kitchen, and I am at the faucet stage. I am going with a pull down like this Moen but trying to figure out what brand. That is a very nice faucet, I need to head to Lowe’s and take a closer look. Thanks for the information and thoughts.

We just installed a Moen faucet and I love it. Mine has the high arch but different handle. I love that it is stain resistant. After my husband put it in I kept walking into the kitchen just to look at it. Looking forward to seeing your brothers finished house.

AND…. Moen has a lifetime warranty on their products. We have called them on two occasions regarding faucets in our home and each time they have shipped the new/replacement parts at no charge. Seriously? In this day and age? THAT’S good business!

We did a bit of remodeling in our kitchen and chose a different brand that was very hard to install and did not work well for us. After about a year we replaced it with a Moen and it has worked great. We had one minor issue a few months back and they sent out a replacement part (which was an easy install) within days. Love that they stand behind their products!

Anxious to see the updated cupboards next!

Traci, you goofball, that is MY faucet!!!!! And I love it!!!!!! Turn that black thing around so it faces the back wall, not where you see it all the time. Easier to grab with your hand too, but I never use that skinny little wimpy spray, I always leave it on the regular one. Makes for great water fights with kids too. I mean it. I’ve done it!

By the way, I bought my faucet online for half price on eBay from a habitat for humanity stocker. I got a $750 sink for my kitchen for $77.00!!!!!! All brand spanking new. If you are not way too picky, you can score brand new things and high end ones like my sink for pennies on the dollar on eBay. Just keep your mind open — some things are more important than others. I wanted my money to go into cabinets and all the sinks and faucets looked good to me so that was a nonissue.
