Hey friends!

I hope you had a great weekend!

I have been on the hunt for some delicious low carb pumpkin recipes to eat as part of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program that I am doing, and I wanted to share some that I found with you.

I love ANYTHING pumpkin this time of year, and I am so excited that I can still enjoy these low-carb options.  I know a lot of the recipes say “KETO” in them, but I am not currently doing Keto.  It’s just when you search for “low carb” recipes on Pinterest, tons of Keto recipes pop up!

On the FASTer Way to Fat Loss, Monday and Tuesday are low carb day, so I will be making some of these recipes on those days. 

They all look so delicious that I may have to try them all!  Ahem. :)

    These look good, and I wish some of the ones I really like were “dairy free” too. Since starting FWTFL over a year ago that has been a biggie for me – Gluten free, dairy free and sugar free.. While not 100% “free” of those, I have drastically cut back. I rarely have dairy and it has helped a lot with bloating and general over feeling blah. I highly recommend FWTFL as it has become my lifestyle and not a “diet”. It’s an easy way to live and I feel so much better. Down 30 lbs. and about 25 inches overall. Best decision I ever made for myself!
