Friends!

I hope you had a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

We spent the weekend in Kentucky celebrating my dad’s birthday, Luke’s birthday, and Sania’s Baptism!  I will share more about our very special weekend once I get my pictures and videos downloaded and organized. :)

Today, I wanted to share with you our new outdoor table and chairs from Article!

I am so excited to finally have a table and chairs outdoors to enjoy!  We love spending time outside, especially in the fall, so we will be using this like crazy!  (See that large white wall behind the table?  I hope to have a serving window there that leads to a beverage center someday!)

I chose the LATTA dining table which seats 8-10 because we have a big family and need all the table room we can get!

It also comes in smaller sizes to seat 4-6 or 6-8 people.

This table was SUPER easy to put together…basically just screwing in the four legs to the bottom of the table!  It also has an umbrella hole in the middle of the table if we ever want to use that.

The SVELTI chairs from Article add a bit of modern touch to my dining table, and I love them!  I also love that they are inexpensive.

These chairs can be used both indoors and outdoors, and come in a ton of fun colors!

To mix things up a bit, I add the AERI “Lily White and Black”  chair on each end of my table.   I love the texture this chair brings to the whole look and the cushion make it very comfortable.

This chair also comes in the color “Slate Gray and Natural…”

For a pop of color on my deck, I added these pretty pink flowers in the TUVA planter.

This is what our back yard looks like currently.  I love how the table matches the door to Jonathan and Luke’s “studio suite.”

Right now, there is grass, (and some of our driveway,) at the bottom of our new deck, but by the end of this week, we will be installing a new stone patio in that area!  I CAN’T WAIT!!!

I’ll share that with you when we do, and if you want to see it in real time, be sure to follow me on my Instagram stories. :)

Hope you have a great rest of the week!

  1. Love, love, love the table set and how you mixed and matched the chairs. Great idea. I want to look for new kitchen table set and do same thing. Can you recommend place to look? It’s been YEARS since I’ve had a new one. Don’t know where to start. I’m thinking some type of washed grey table. I live in Oregon.

  2. PS. Can’t wait to hear about your weekend and see pictures. So wonderful Sania was baptized. She is blessed to have you all.
